Dryness of the skin, and damages to the hair and nails may be due to a deficiency in Vitamin A.

The daily consumption of Carrot Juice may benefit various parts of the body. Carrot juice is a natural juice and is thought to help improve vision due to the creation of vitamin A in the body. A deficiency in Vitamin A may lead to night blindness which will create a problem if you have to drive at night.
