Stage 2: These attractive equity started to attract some of the largest mortgage loan lenders, like New Century Financial,Countrywide Financial, and IndyMac Bank.

Stage 3: These Guys with their big financial muscles then moved in , targeting the most vulnerable Americans such as the retired, the elderly, and poor, charging them hefty fees.

Stage 4: Millions of dollars were spent on deceptive advertisements to push mortgage with hidden, exotic adjustable-rate provisions that tricked these ignorant people in some sort of the worst debts ever created.

Conclusion

With so many Americans losing their homes to foreclosure, it prompts me to ask this question: Will the housing sector ever recover from such brutal blow? I personally think it will take a very long time for us to see a partial recovery. The banks and other mortgage loan lenders appeared as if they have no clue as to where to begin fixing this hot mess they have all ignited. As far as politicians are concerned, their interventions have all failed miserably.

The only thing I think can fix this mortgage loan and home foreclosure issue is some serious prayer and the conversion of all the individuals that constantly indulge into wrongful and unethical doings. Corporate greed must stop in order for the U.S to get back on its feet!
