Time has really changed! Now here I am with the desire to make a more meaningful contribution to society in whatever ways I can, before I pass away from this earth.  So far, I have already done several volunteer work in my community, and will continue to do more. Presently, I am trying to reach out to more people or beyond my community. It's therefore, a pleasure, sharing my knowledge, research findings, and opinions on various subject matters I think can help someone out there to solve a problem or make a critical decision. I have an AAS degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences and a BS degree in Exercise Physiology. I have also completed several MS level Health Science Courses including research and statistics. Other courses included: Human Relation, Leadership and Stewardship, Principles of Economics, Several Psychology courses and more.

Some of my leisure activities include reading,cooking, meeting and conversing with people,volunteering,communicating with God, researching and writing.
